Marang Molosiwa works for a better future

It's been many moons since Marang Molosiwa was introduced to Batswana through Mantlwaneng.  The confident young girl presented on our screens was beloved by many from the get go, but as we've seen before, it can be hard for audiences to reconcile the child they saw on TV with the woman they see before them now.

It's 2018, Marang is a solid 26 years old, and we're here to tell you she's doing just fine. In fact, she's better than fine.  Marang is currently one of the country's most hard working philanthropists and creatives, and honestly, we wonder when she sleeps. If she's not working with the UN on initiatives to make the world a better place, she's spearheading them herself through her own company, Minds for Tomorrow, or giving talks to uplift the girl child.

As far as growth goes, Ms Molosiwa has grown into a gorgeous, wholesome young woman, and we wanted to share with you just some of the ways she works to contribute to making the world a better place.

A cause that seems to be very close to Marang's heart is helping uplift women and girls in our society.  She recently participated in the UN's walk against Gender Based Violence, she's a huge part of the End Girl Hate campaign and she regularly gives pep talks to young girls at schools as well.

Marang is also still heavily involved in the entertainment industry, both in front of, and behind her camera.  She's obtained qualifications in Film and Drama from WITS and University of Pretoria as well.

And she tries to get all of us to chip in and do our part. This election season she's been actively working to get the youth to get up and go vote.

And somehow in the midst of all that, she still manages to live a semi normal life, with friends and family.
