Celebs band together to End Girl Hate

Nov 13, 2018, 01:48 PM

The End Girl Hate was founded by LeAnne Dlamini after she came to the realization that women, especially in the entertainment industry, tend to hit glass ceilings not only due to systemic reasons such as patriarchy, but due to the fact that other women saw them as competition on a personal and professional level.

"Budding within her was the unquenchable desire to break down barriers which women so frequently erect amongst themselves.  Utilising her popular and loved public status, LeAnne realised that Social Media was her platform; the audience was already there and her innate ability to encourage women started unfolding for all to see." - End Girl Hate

The premise is simple - "Together, we could do so much more" and by banding together strong, empowered role models with a large following for this cause LeAnne sought to utilize their social currency to perform positive social change.
