Upon their arrival Charma and her crew went on a ferry ride and she shared that while her and her crew were safe an healthy, the cold UK weather as definitely slapping.
The group then prepped and went to perform and let me just say that the love she received over there was absolutely breathtaking. There are a lot of Batswana over there in the UK and they clearly miss home because the crowd went absolutely mad for Charma's set. Speaking later on in a post performance live feed Charma shared how she was a bit taken aback by the display of white privilege she'd seen during her show. Apparently the white people in the crowd had wanted to bully their way to the front but the Batswana in the crowd simply weren't going to allow that to happen.
Overall she had a stunning performance which allowed her to give Batswana in the diaspora and taste of home, and she said she'd reveal much more about her trip once she gets back home.
Her experience however stands contrary what Babes Wodumo, who was also set to perform alongside Charma, shared on Insta. It's not clear whether Babes ended up performing at all but she released a lengthy statement on Insta essentially calling out the promoter behind the show for mismanaging her and being the reason behind a dud of a show and her failure to perform at one of the shows.
