The musician highlighted how living without an income for 9 months has been the pits for many artists in the music industry in the country. It is no secret that the entertainment industry all over the world has been hardest hit by numerous lockdown periods caused by the pandemic, which have forced events to be canceled or to be postponed.

Many artists who rely on gigs have had no income in the past couple of months and some are continuing to weather the storm. Vee Mampeezy said he used to assist several artists but now he cannot because of the pressures that his business is currently experiencing.

The musician sympathized with the artists and said he has been paying for their rent and buying food for them. He went on to say that he was not writing his post to be controversial or political but, to speak about how artists have been depressed and pleaded with the Task Force Team to open up the industry so that artists can have more work because the industry is dying.

"Trying to ask for a job within this 9 months is not easy for there are no Jobs still, trying to divert in to new business in 9 months it's not easy because u need money to invest and also learn new business."

I'm writing this post not to fight or be political I'm writing this post because I have been helping other artists SECRETLY to pay their rent and buy food for 9 months, but starting this month I can't help anymore because of the business pressure, My CRY is who is going to help them now, Please Task Force TEAM bulela Bana babereke we don't need big Numbers just increase a little bit !! Artists are depressed, The industry is dying ..May GOD be with us," he wrote.
