Andile Mpisane and his mother business mogul Shauwn Mkhize are reportedly facing eviction after the failed to pay their monthly instalments for their multi-million Rand mansions. Sunday World has revealed that the mother and son duo are illegal occupants of the said mansions and they could be evicted.

The said mansions are worth R8.25 million, R5.25 million, R3.95 million and R2 million and are located in Sandton. They acquired the properties from a businessman by the name of Baruch Roy Peretz who has filed a court order to have the pair booted out from the mansions.

Apparently the first instalments for all four properties combined were set at R1.5 million, but he paid close to nothing and is sitting with arrear fees worth R8 million.

“Prior to transfer, Mpisane would be responsible for all rates and taxes, estate levies and any other charges that may be levied on the respective immovable properties, including water and electricity consumption charges,” reads the affidavit as seen by Sunday World.

“Whilst the second and third respondents are unlawful occupants of the property, damages are being suffered, such as the fact that I ultimately remain responsible for the levies, rates and taxes and municipal charges.

“The electricity consumption in respect of the first property amounts to no less than R25 000 per month, which is an expense that the respondents are not paying contrary to the terms of the instalment sale agreements,” he said.
