The gig comes hot on the heels of his suspension at Yaron FM recently. The reality show is said to have 12 strangers for 8 weeks in 1 house, who will be battling up for a P100, 000 cash prize.

Auditions are set to take place very soon. The announcement was on the Loyal To Local App Twitter account, and many people have been congratulating the star.

Scar was recently suspended from Yarona FM after he had a heated altercation with a fellow co-host Boineelo Hardy during a live broadcast on their morning show, ‘Buffet and Breakfast."

The heated exchange apparently nearly saw them having a physical altercation but, those who were around them reprimanded them. A  source who wanted to remain anonymous told Voice Entertainment that Boineelo Hardy does not like Scar very much.

"It’s a matter of egos. There have been several complaints between the pair and it was just a matter of time before things turned ugly. We were even scared there was going to be a physical altercation! I don’t think Boineelo Hardy likes Scar very much," the source added.

When contacted by the publication, Hardy did not want to speak any further about the incident and told the publication to contact Yarona management. "I have nothing personal against Scar. We have had differences but I have nothing to do with what you are referring to!"

Yarona FM Station Manager Keletso Ramputswa said, "Sadly due to contractual obligations between station, presenters and its employees I can’t discuss the potential breach in agreements," she informed.

The two were both suspended and Scar has left the station. The star was recently offered a TanSriLimkokwing Scholarship For The Creative Sector, which will pay for his tuition expenses for his choice of study. Scar intends to study his BA(Hons) in Digital Film and Television, a four-year course which he is absolutely looking forward to.

In a tweet, he wrote "I'm one of the recipients of the #TanSriLimkokwing #ScholarshipForTheCreativeSector I honestly applied and didn't pay it any attention because these things don't happen for me a lot. I start my 4 year BA (Hons) in Digital Film and TV today. A storyteller's dream come true."
