Botswana’s Samantha Mogwe has been rocking a killer body since giving birth to her baby girl a few months ago, however her rock-hard arms have not come easy. She is hard at work in the gym and is inspiring all of her mom-fans to do the same.

In a Twitter post today, 23 November 2020, Samantha explained that she has been inundated with messages from her fellow moms who have been begging her to start virtually training them whilst pregnant and after they have given birth. Flattered by their trust in her, Samantha did the responsible thing of asking denying their request as she claimed to not have the correct experience or training to do so. She said it would be wrong of her to take on that responsibility and would be crushed to know that any of her tips or tricks had harmed anyone else.

She stated, “I get an influx of inboxes from pregnant women and batseetsi wanting me to train them. Pregnancy/post pregnancy is such a delicate time; it would be wrong of me to train anyone when I’m not a certified fitness trainer. Kana I don’t even train myself. Busy telling @obis_fightclub that we need to do an Insta-live interview so he explains some things. He is qualified and I trust him with my life so it would be best it comes from him.”

Samantha took Instagram to remind us all that she is THAT girl who is capable of doing anything she wants. In a picture she shared on her Instagram stories, Samatha is seen wearing her gym gear and said she is currently working hard for a six-pack. The musician has always been a fitness bunnie and she is always putting in the hard yards in the gym and flexes her body by sharing pictures of her post-workout physique.

After falling pregnant, it became difficult for Mogwe to stay in shape, plus Covid-19 made her fear for the safety of her baby and she stayed home, but now she has bounced back. The mother-of-two who had no qualms about flaunting her naturally growing belly to her many followers recently took time to reveal that her stomach had stayed stretch-mark free due to a homemade serum that she had made.

Taking to her Instagram story on Tuesday, 27 October 2020, the singer stated, “I have had people asking me what to put on their belly during pregnancy. This is what I used for both pregnancies and I don’t have a single stretch mark on my belly. Please note, it might or might not work as there are other factors to consider such as how much stretching your belly has endured as well as some skin just being prone to stretch marks. But, at least it doesn’t hurt to try.”
