As curtains are closing in for Palesa Molefe, the Miss Botswana team seems to have girded their loins in their search for the next Queen. Their search for the next gem is ongoing and Batswana is only hoping that they will scout for someone who will represent the country far much better than Palesa.

Palesa has run her race and has left her own mark and Batswana are only hopeful that the judges won't be biased in their hunt for the next Queen. Miss Botswana organizers have given us more information on our Judges.

Dr. Mpho Kuaho
Current Masters in Managerial Psychology at Unicaf University. Creative Entrepreneur who is the Director/Founder of Colour in the desert fashion week.Founder of Fashion Business. A juggernaut that facilitates training and mentoring in the fashion industry.

Imaan Kader
A commercial legal advisor. She has a broad understanding of the legal industry with experience in Corporate Commercial law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Company Secretarial, and Corporate Governance. Imaan has advised both domestic and international, private, and listed companies from a variety of sectors.  She is also the Head of Marketing at Options Botswana, a retailer for trendsetters and fashionistas.

Sharon Mathala
She is a Senior Reporter at the Voice Newspaper. A media industry veteran who has worked for Mmegi, Monitor, Echo Newspaper and contributed to international media houses. She was a chief judge in the Botswana Musicians Union Awards (BOMU) for three consecutive years. Her experience and dedication to the media industry have won her accolades

Lorato Lala Tebogo
Miss Botswana 2005 who participated at the Miss World competition in Poland. An entrepreneur at heart. Founder and CEO of Crafted Communications; Brand Strategist & Corporate Affairs Specialist Law Student.

Malebogo Sesinyi
A brand strategist, advertising aficionado, marketing maven, and communications manager at Mascom. With experience in her field that spans over 10 years 

Tonderai Tsara
TED Talk speaker with over 22 years of strategy and creative communications experience in Botswana and Africa. He has worked on global campaigns for brands such as Orange. In 2005 he co-founded The Dialogue Group.

Tonderai writes extensively on national economic development and job creation in the media and online. He played a very critical role in the launch of ADSL in Botswana. He is also the current chair of Business Botswana - Creative, Arts & Media Sector.

Tamati Ramatlhakwane
Botswana Council of Women Representative. BCW aims to provide women with skills, knowledge, and motivation to enable them to participate fully in the process of social and economic development.

Michael O'Keeffe
Rugby player who traveled overseas as part of the Botswana National Team at 19 years. Joined the corporate world in construction but ended up in the rockstar world of food service as a director working with chefs, designers, and food creatives all over the world. The Director of a bespoke distribution company that specializes in alcohol and fine goods recently pulled off the FNB wine show.

Brando Keabilwe
Radio Show Host at YARONA FM on the Big Breakfast show. Singer Song Writer Professional MC and Mediator for corporate events. Holds experience in sound engineering as well as being a Radio Computing Software technician trained with Radio Computing Software.
