Connie penned a heartwarming message to her brother and said although they may have lost him on earth, they have gained an angel in heaven.

"Happy 1st Heavenly Birthday big bro. I love you and I miss you so much! Rest Budas. We may have lost you here but we’ve gained an angel in heaven. I’m sure Moms is singing loudest for you there.👼 Love and miss you both so much!"

Connie's brother passed away a couple of weeks ago. She expressed gratitude for the time she spent with her brother on their father's birthday. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Connie revealed that she hadn't seen her family in a year and she was finally happy to reunite with them.

"Budas, I thank God that I was able to spend some time with you on Pops’ birthday. After so many years! I believe this was God's way of giving us the opportunity to say goodbye, to build final memories together, and to celebrate life one final time together. You, me, and Tony were the three musketeers growing up.

She reflected on life's precious moments they shared together. "So many memories that just bring a smile to my face! Your infectious laughter, how you would slap me on the shoulder when you burst out laughing! Your special signature walk swinging your arms to the back! So many memories! I love you, big bro. I will never forget you. I’m sorry your last moments on this earth were so painful and uncomfortable! Rest now. God has taken that pain away. You join the angels that advocate for us daily on the other side. Give my love to Moms. She’s waiting to welcome you with open arms! I love you, big bro. Now rest ANGEL," wrote Connie.

She recently wrote a touching tribute to her later mother Magaret Masilo, who passed away 8 years ago. She said it is impossible for her to go a day without thinking about her.

"My QUEEN, my MOMS, my ANGEL. Today, 8 years ago, you departed this earth. At that moment, I just did not know how we were going to cope or survive without you, the glue that held everything together. But the goodness of the Lord has seen us through and continues to be our strength and refuge. I trust you were there to welcome your firstborn son Moses Kingdom Masilo with open arms.

He has joined our army of angels, and it comforts me to know he’s reunited with you. Not a day goes by without me thinking about you. Your legacy of love is so strong and has become the glue that continues to keep everything together. I thank God for choosing you to be my mother. I am because you were. Love you, MOMMY, forever. Continue fighting and advocating for us on that side, as we draw closer to God and His word on this side. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good."
