Although Connie Ferguson's recently trip to Zimbabwe had had some backlash when a fewer Zimbabweans on social media were not jumping for joy for her visit. They even went to blast her on social media over the fact that she was just an actress, implying that she wasn't bringing anything to uplift the country which is in dire stress over numerous issues, including food security.

Taking to social media, the Zimbabwean government was lambasted for even going to the lengths of hosting Connie Ferguson over a glamorous dinner that may or may not have costed enough money that could have assisted the country in a lot of ways.

One tweep who was very vocal and didn't mince her words on Twitter relayed her dissatisfaction over the media mogul's visit and welcome dinner.

"The way Zimbabwe made noise about Connie Ferguson coming here even deadBC @ZBCNewsonline had to report it ,its funny how on the other side of the Limpopo your Zim celebs don't even make it to the newspapers but here a whole national broadcaster is beating pots n pans abt it sad" wrote Mazinyane we Nkayi
However, there is no backlash on sight as the queen will be retuning home to speak to her own people that has loved and supported her since she left Botswana for South Africa at the age of 19-years old.

This will serve as a great platform for creatives, businesses and entrepreneurs to engage in robust conversation with the queen who has been in the media and production industry for as long as we can remember.

Her fans and followers are already in a frenzy over excitement and joy ahead of her arrival tomorrow. Taking to social media, George Palay is taken by excitement as he awaits in anticipation for Connie Ferguson to return home back to her people.
