Her return has many in their feels because some viewers were already complaining about the show's boring storyline. Tweeps suggested that she must return back. Some even said the show should go a production break if the storyline is still dull. Connie has finally headed their call and soon she will leave them on the edge of their seats.

Speaking on her husband’s legacy, said at his funeral she will continue to grow Shona’s legacy.

“Shona lived. He came into the industry like a tornado. Mr. Ferguson was the most underrated actor in this country. As a performer, as an artist. I don’t think we appreciated him enough. I think we are showing appreciation now that he is gone. But here’s what I’m grateful for, I can feel that this angel was loved by many. I can feel that he was revered by many. And where he is now, if you think Ferguson films is great, know that Ferguson films is great. Because that is my husband’s legacy, and it is going to continue growing from strength to strength If I have anything to do with it.

Shona's youngest daughter Alicia, even promised to make him and the entire family proud.

“My father motivated me to take bigger steps in life that I would have taken. I am thankful that he enabled me to do that. In the past, I was a child who is very much in the shell and he opened that shell. I realised that now and it means a lot to me. He made me a promise that he will always be on my side no matter what comes. I also make a promise to you to carry on with the legacy and make you and the family proud,' she said.
