Alicia has always been destined for greatness and she never shies away from following her dreams and doing what she loves, hence homegirl is now reaping the fruits of her hard work. This follows after sis passed her 2020 final matric examinations with flying colors. The results were released today amid great excitement to those who made it.

Her proud mama Connie Ferguson took to social media to gush over her daughter's latest achievement and she is beaming with pride. In a lengthy post on her Instagram post, Connie shared two videos, one of Alicia dancing whilst King Ronewa is also dancing up a storm in the background with her. The second video is of Alicia dancing with her mom and dad.

Connie penned a heartfelt post celebrating her results and celebrated the matric class of 2020 for reaping great results despite the COVID-19 pandemic which affected the 2020 academic year.

"One of my greatest gifts and joys in life are my children, and my deepest wish for them above all else is to be happy! 2020 was a challenging year in every way to say the least, and I am just in awe of the achievement of the class of 2020 against all odds! Watching Alicia bravely face the unknown (COVID-19) to go to school to write her matric exams, each day coming home hopeful that her best was good enough, made me realize that we are raising a generation of warriors and leaders! The 98.07% pass rate of the class of 2020 is a testament to that! What a time to behold!"

Connie had us almost reaching for the tissues when she showed mega support to Ali and said she can pursue any career path and they will support her. Choosing a career path is often a headache to many children as they are forced to study what their parents want, but Alicia's world is hers and she can study whatever she wants.
