Naseeb Abdul Juma's better known by his stage moniker, Diamond Platnumz, is somewhat of a national treasure. The bongo artist is well-known not only in the East Africa, but also in other parts of the world.
Diamond was born and reared in Tandale Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and is also a dancer, businessman, and philanthropist in addition to being a recording artist. Diamond is the founder and CEO of Wasafi Bet, Zoom Extra, Wasafi Media, and the WCB Wasafi Record Label, which specializes in Bongo flava, hip hop, and R&B music. The award winning artist was also the first African-based musician to achieve 900 million YouTube views, a testament to his brilliance. Last year, the superstar signed a 360 Partnership with Warner Music Group in cooperation with his record company. Talk about boss moves!
Diamond has more than just money moves under his belt; he is also a father. The award winning musician is the father of four children, all of whom are from different baby mamas.
Nillan and Latiffah
Zari Hassan, a Ugandan businesswoman, was the superstar's long-term girlfriend. They dated for several years and had two lovely children, Latiffah and Nillan, together. Despite the fact that Diamond had no children prior to meeting Zari, the socialite had had three children from a previous marriage and is now the mother of five children, four boys and one girl. The couple later split after Zari accused the superstar of infidelity.
Do you recall the allegations of infidelity that we discussed earlier? They were, after all, with Hamisa Mobetto, a Tanzanian singer, model, entrepreneur, and socialite. Diamond started seeing Hamisa while he was still dating Zari, and the two have a son together. The couple called it quits shortly after their baby was born after a wonderful but brief love affair. After the two were observed together on multiple occasions appearing cozy, speculations of Hamisa dating American rapper Rick Ross began to circulate.
After his heartbreak with Tanzanian socialite Hamisa the bongo musician also moved on, met and fell in love with Tanasha Donna, a Kenyan model, singer, entrepreneur, and beauty influencer. The couple had a child together while still in love and named him Naseeb after his father. Tanasha even converted to Islam for her baby daddy, but their fairytale love story came to an end after approximately a year.
Although Diamond has always been recognized as a father of four, he recently confessed in an interview that he may have two more children with two separate women from his past. Diamond's mother is convinced the other two girls are his, despite the fact that paternity tests have yet to corroborate these allegations.
Despite the fact that the musician lives apart from all of his children's mothers, there is no doubt that all of his children are well-cared for and provided for.
