On Twitter she writes:

"I’ve come to realize that no matter what we women do “it’s always our fault”.  Wear tracksuits, don’t wear them, be polite by saying hello, be rude by ignoring. It’s always gonna be our fault because it’s easier to blame us when WE are attacked!"

The statement was made in response to the misconceptions that many have with regards to rape and abuse. Many place the blame on what women are wearing and their behavior.

A recent story that rocked the nation of a 23-year-old Lethlakane man who will be appeared in court for the rape of a 4-year-old, has sparked outrage in the country. Mogwe has also spoken about that.

Here are some heartfelt comments from social media users.
