Botswana-born media personality, Berry Heart, took to Instagram on Saturday, 14 November 2020 to share the only footage of her son, Amari, when he was a newborn. The new mother took some time before she revealed her baby to her thousands of followers, but has now felt comfortable enough to share rare visuals from the day of his birth.
Along with the video, Berry captioned the post with emotional message which wished Amari a happy 5-months birthday. She stated, “On the 14th June 2020, I gave birth to this bouncing baby boy @amarisokesi CEO of Baby Amari Clothing Apparel for kids 0-10 years. he Dr brought him to me, and all the pain disappeared, a rush of joy overwhelmed me, I said 'Bathong ke tshotse ngwana yo monte jang. They busted into a thunderous clap of laughter! Happy 5 months’ son!”.
Berry referred to the fact Amari was gifted his own company at the mere age of 4 months old, in an attempt to secure her son’s future before he even steps one foot into school. In a post in October 2020, the media personality stated, “Happy 4-months birthday gift from mommy @berryheart. A registered Logo & company. I will begin trading on Monday 2nd November 2020 at a store in Mowana Mall Phakalane.” The new mother gifted her son a company which comes with a store, and is named after him – Amari. The logo includes a profile image of a penguin, which also happens to have a coloured beak that is expected to resemble a child’s colouring.
The video of new born Amari was a surprising revelation to her fans as Berry only recently decided to show off her son on social media in September 2020, after months of not posting him. In an emotional post on Instagram, the musician penned a sweet post expressing her excitement on the arrival of her bundle of joy. "Yesterday was on those day I slept on the wrong side of the bed and woke up the same, went to the kitchen to make my warm lemon water, when I returned to the bedroom, my son was up, screaming and laughing. My whole negative emotions I woke up with was immediately transformed into happiness. How possible can such a small handsome thing have power to change my life positively like that. I thank God for you @amarisokesi for always warming me up with smiles and screams every morning even when I feel like my life is falling apart."
