Botswana-born media personality, Berry Heart, is still going through the motions of having just given birth, however, he body seems to have adapted much quicker than anyone could have ever anticipated! In an Instagram post today, 11 November 2020, the television star posed in gym tights and a jacket, which was rolled up to appear as a crop top.

With her arms held up, Berry showcased her completely toned stomach, which displayed an hour glass figure. With little to no fat on her tummy, the new mom is the envy of everyone trying to get into shape for the festive period. She also captioned the images with an inspirational message, which aimed to break the stereotype that new moms have to be unhealthy or out of shape. She stated, “Dear Motsetsi. Let's erase myths that you have to be out of shape as a lactating mother”.

Berry also included the secret to her success, which is not as hard as many of her fans imaged. She claimed that in order to lose weight, she has been going on lengthy walks coupled with a change in diet that only allows healthy food with limited calories. Her waist was supposedly achieved by using her Berry Heart waist belt, which was said to help her create an hour glass figure.

The business woman gave birth to her baby boy, Amari, in June 2020, and has been updating her fans on his growth throughout the months. Whilst Berry claimed to be working on herself a few months back, she did not share that she was working on regaining her figure now that she has given birth to her son.

Berry has been busy celebrating her son’s milestones, which also included her gifting the baby with his own company at just four months old! Berry stated, “Happy 4-months birthday gift from mommy @berryheart. A registered Logo & company. I will begin trading on Monday 2nd November 2020 at a store in Mowana Mall Phakalane.” The new mother gifted her son a company which comes with a store, and is named after him – Amari. The logo includes a profile image of a penguin, which also happens to have a coloured beak that is expected to resemble a child’s colouring.
