In a  video, he posted on Instagram, an official is seen taking a swab test from his throat and from his nose and it was intense but swift. Vee did not reveal whether he had any COVID-19 symptoms, but getting tested early helps to detect new cases quickly to flatten the curve of the virus. His fans commended him for keeping strong even though the test was discomforting.

Another musician who recently got tested is Sho Madjozi she also posted a video of her getting tested and she through it like a trooper. It is beautiful to see our public figures getting tested for COVID-19 and taking the virus seriously.

With so much misinformation and conspiracy theories surrounding the virus, it sheds more light on what the people are confused about. As many African countries are gearing up for the vaccine, the masses have been misled a lot on social media and now they are deer in the headlights about whether to take it or not as soon as it lands in our countries.

Cassper Nyovest also said he will be taking the vaccine. This follows after a fan asked him and he responded. "Do I have a choice, my friend? In the bigger picture, I'm just a civilian like you. I am going to do what I am told to do cause I would like things to go back to normal so I can go back to work and feed my family. I also want to travel and apparently, vaccines will be mandatory.
