This follows after her hit single Empini recently went gold, and her album has been doing well. Kelly recently faced another wave of criticism after police confirmed that they have nabbed 5 suspects who are involved in the murder of Senzo.

"I’m happy to announce that there has been a breakthrough in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case. The first FIVE suspects have been arrested between 8 am and 10 am this morning in Gauteng and Kwa Zulu-Natal," said the Minister of Police in the country Bheki Cele.

The former Orlando Pirates goalie was killed in 2014, at Kelly Khumalo's home in Vosloorus, while at a party.

Senzo was murdered after intruders allegedly broke into the home with the intention of walking away with the resident's valuables. It was widely reported that the criminals were attempting to shoot Kelly before Senzo took a fatal bullet for his lover.

To mize the negative energy on social media Kelly has been promoting her music and she seems unbothered by the hate.

This also follows after National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) leaked a document in court which contained confidential information about the case.

In the documents accused number five communicated telephonically with Kelly Khumalo, and there was a lender who advanced money to Kelly Khumalo, ostensibly to pay hit men, and that this lender was pestering her for the repayment of this loan.

Police have been very confident that the suspects arrested are linked to the case

"These arrests are as a result of a multi-disciplinary integrated approach to this investigation which is working closely with the Directorate for Public Prosecution. The South African Police Service and the prosecution team are confident that we have a watertight case against all five suspects," said Bheki Cele.

When the suspects appeared in court yesterday they all denied any involvement in the killing of the footballer.

Senzo Meyiwa's mom recently said she was scared of Kelly because she does not even want to tell her what happened to her son.

"I'm scared of her. The same person who still refuses to tell the truth about what happened to my son. My biggest wish is to see the people who killed Senzo arrested and for the truth to come out completely. What hurts the most is the people who know very well what happened to my son. We know the whole truth, even the killer, but we keep seeing people blatantly lying about what happened to Senzo,"
