As the year winds down and we reflect, it's hard to not think about those we've lost during 2018, front and center for many of us being HHP.  Jabulani Tsambo took his life after a lengthy battle with depression and the loss of his life echos in both entertainment circles and personally for many music lovers and Tswana speakers at large.

Two people who were closest to HHP, Lerato Sengadi, his widow, and Cassper Nyovest, his friend and mentee, recently took to social media to share their thoughts and reflect on life without Jabba.
Cassper's heartfelt post

Cassper shared an emotional post about how he's still in shock over the loss of HHP, and feels some guilt about how Jabba was handled, while still with us. He went on to thank him for the lessons and tools he gave him, and shared that he'll always love him.

Since the messy and violent altercations that ensued between her and the Tsambo family post Jabba's passing Lerato Sengadi has maintained a low profile but recently she's been slowly but surely getting back into the public eye. In a lengthy Insta post Lerato shared that this year has been the worst of her entire existence so far, understandably so. She went on to thank her support structures and reassured those rooting for her that she will rise again from "rock bottom".

May his soul rest in peace and we hope Leano, who also lost his mother, Lerato Khanye, a month after Jabba's passing, has a solid support structure around him during this time.
