High up on the list of people who're currently going through the most with the loss of Jabba is Cassper Nyovest.  The duo basically grew up together and HHP was an integral part of Cassper's formative years as well as a prolific part of his musical journey. Their's was a relationship that permeated every aspect of each other's lives and even though they would ultimately go through a rough patch, they had a bond that was truly deeper than rap.

It's been evident to see that Cass has had a difficult time processing this loss.

In a recent interview with East Coast Radio's Drive team Bongani Mtholo and Mags, Cassper shared that he was still going through the denial stage of grieving.

“I go through so many emotions throughout the day. I’m still numb."

He went on to share that the first time he cried since receiving the news was during the Memorial service, when it occurred to him that he'll never get to see or speak to Jabba again.  He also added that lately he's been wondering if reaching out sooner, post their spat, could have saved his friend's life.

Last night he took to Twitter to try and process some thoughts about today's funeral and his overall loss.

Today we lay Jabba to rest.
