It is a well known fact that TV actress Connie Ferguson loves boxing. She even revealed that when she retires from acting, she intends to make a living doing it. Well, she got that from her father, Fish Masilo, an avid work out enthusiast who loves boxing and karate.
It has been a couple weeks since The fitness enthusiast boxed. Slowly, she is returning to her old routine. On Instagram, she posted a series of videos showing a boxing workout she did with her personal trainer at her house.
She gave us major workout goals despite the fact that she hasn't done it in a while. Her coach even threw punches at her and she was dodging them. Many of us were beaming with joy after watching the videos.

Her grief has been documented on social media as she comforts others who have lost loved ones. Also, she has been sharing how she spends her carpet Sunday.
During Sunday’s, Connie and Shona laid on the carpet and talked about anything under the sun or would just relax. Connie said she misses Shona's physical presence but said she feels his spiritual presence around her.
"I miss his physical presence so much but I feel in spirit that he is still with me. I haven't had the guts to lay on the carpet since Shona got sick and leading up to his elevation to glory. I just didn't think I could do this alone," she said.
The actress has also returned back to work. Her return has many in their feels because some viewers were already complaining about the show's boring storyline. Tweeps suggested that she must return back. Some even said the show should go a production break if the storyline is still dull. Connie has finally headed their call and soon she will leave them on the edge of their seats.

On the 30th of August, Connie said Shona's passing still feels unreal and shared a word with those who have lost their loved ones, "Exactly a month today and it still feels surreal. It’s always been said that LEGENDS NEVER DIE! Only now do I really understand that saying and appreciate the following verse in a way I haven’t really before." She also promised to carry on his legacy.
