Connie Ferguson and her younger daughter Alicia Ferguson, are slowly becoming gym buddy goals. The duo both love to keep their body in tip-top shape and it is cute to see Connie teaching her daughter to take care of herself at such a young age.

Yesterday, the actress decided to rope in Alicia for an intense workout session and they motivated each other throughout to complete it successfully. In a series of Instagram stories shared by Connie, the mother and daughter duo can be seen sweating the fat off for the grueling session.

The two did a couple of stability ball exercises and Connie refused to suffer alone, instead, she shared the pain with Alicia who was working hard to finish the session. Connie shared a video of their session on her Instagram stories and thanked Alicia for joining her.

We can imagine how tough it was but, all thanks to Alicia for coming to her mother's rescue!

Alicia has been spending most of her free time with her mom a lot lately. She was recently spotted on set with her parents. Alicia completed her matric last year and her mother took to social media to share that she passed it.

"@ali.ferguson To say I’m proud of you is an understatement!😭😭😭 Congratulations my baby girl on your success, a pass in all your subjects!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️ Your hard work, and resilience has paid off! Now you can study for any degree you want!💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽🙌🏾❤️ The world is yours to conquer! As your family, you have our love and support now and always.❤️," Connie shared.

Connie has also been working out with her eldest daughter Lesedi. The duo is often seen at the gym together and we love their sessions. Lesedi has been embracing her body and skin and encouraging others to do so.

In a post shared on Instagram back in 2019, Lesedi opened up about being confident in her own skin, despite society’s depiction of what beauty is. She stated, “This is me. With all the stretch marks that remind me that my body is constantly evolving, my cellulite reminds me I’m human (no matter how I’m still fighting against it and that very notion). I’ve come a long way and still have a way to go. But I’m hella proud of this girl. It feels good to take care of her. I don’t always get it right, and there are days I fail dismally. But I still try. I’m learning to love her as fiercely as I’ve loved others. We’re getting there, BLE. We’re getting there.
